Concrete Information

Know the signs of water damage

Concrete can be damaged by fire, aggregate expansion, sea water effects, bacterial corrosion, calcium leaching, physical damage and chemical damage (from carbonation, chlorides, sulfates and distilled water). This process adversely affects concrete exposed to these damaging stimuli. This is why it is so important to perform "check ups" on your foundational structure to ensure stability, and more importantly your safety.
